Trademark Practice Support Specialist

Discover how you can grow with us at Position Dinsmore is seeking a Practice Support Specialist at our Cleveland, OH location who will support multiple attorneys/paralegals in our Trademark practice group. Responsibilities Help to manage individual attorney dockets, scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements; learn departmental docketing system as necessary Open and maintain client files Provide clerical support to assigned attorneys/team Be trained to coordinate the monthly client billing process Assist in coordination of monthly client billing process for assigned partners Other duties as necessary Requirements Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail Excellent word processing skills and intermediate-level use of Microsoft Office Suite, .pdf editing software, and related legal software including electronic document management systems iManage/FileSite, PowerPoint, and Outlook a plus Experience using attorney timekeeping and document management systems a plus Familiarity with basic online resources Possess strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to multi-task Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills, be highly organized and possess a desire to work as a member of a team Salary Up to 60k Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Dinsmore & Shohl LLP
