As an RN or LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering thoughtful, resident-centered care while helping older adults live with comfort, dignity, and confidence. What You’ll Do As an RN or LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and clinical support for residents while partnering closely with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team. You Will Provide safe, compassionate nursing care based on each resident’s individualized care plan. Complete prescribed treatments and ensure medications are administered timely, privately, and according to facility procedures. Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate clinical team members and providers. Review and update care plans as resident needs, conditions, or goals change. Complete admission care plans and clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Support quality nursing and clinical practices that promote residents’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Follow skin‑care policies and use preventative measures to help maintain resident skin integrity. Collaborate with physicians, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, medication aides, therapy teams, and other care partners to coordinate quality care. Build trusted relationships with residents and families through clear communication, compassion, and professionalism. Follow infection‑control practices, regulatory requirements, and Hillcrest policies and procedures. Help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and teammates. Ideal Candidates Will Have An active RN or LPN license in Nebraska or a compact state. A strong focus on resident care, safety, and quality outcomes. A collaborative, team‑first approach to nursing care. Previous senior living, skilled nursing, post‑acute, rehabilitation, or long‑term care experience preferred, but not required. Why Hillcrest? Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds. Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, walking, and movement as needed.
