Role Description The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of our self‑storage facility located in Florida, United States. This full‑time, on‑site role includes maintaining property standards, managing a team, assisting customers, conducting sales, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all operational processes are efficient and streamlined. The Store Manager will also oversee facility maintenance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy. Qualifications Customer service and client relationship management skills to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Sales and marketing skills to meet revenue goals, promote occupancy, and boost the facility's performance. Leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise and train staff members, while fostering a collaborative work environment. Operational and administrative expertise to manage records, oversee facility maintenance, and ensure smooth daily operations. Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities, with attention to detail for efficient multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite or similar software; experience with property management software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
