It Technician

We are seeking two entry-level IT Technicians to support a Next Generation technology rollout involving laptop and mobile device upgrades and deployments.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist with laptop and mobile device upgrades, deployments, and replacements.Prepare, configure, and test laptops, smartphones, and related IT equipment.Install required software, applications, updates, and security configurations.Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Maintain accurate records of deployed, replaced, and assigned devices.Support device setup, data migration, and user onboarding as required.Follow IT deployment procedures, security standards, and project guidelines.Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT support teams.Provide professional and timely support to end users during the rollout.Required QualificationsEntry-level IT experience, internship, or relevant technical training.Basic knowledge of Windows laptops, mobile devices, and common IT applications.Understanding of basic hardware and software troubleshooting.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to follow technical instructions and deployment procedures.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to handle and deploy IT equipment safely and efficiently.
