URGENT HIRE – Immediate Opportunity!
An experienced Lab Technician / Qualified Phlebotomist is needed for a contract opportunity supporting the laboratory department of a state-operated behavioral healthcare facility in Austin, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with blood-draw experience who is comfortable working in a structured inpatient healthcare environment and supporting individuals with complex clinical and behavioral healthcare needs.

Job Summary
The Lab Technician – Qualified Phlebotomist will support laboratory services, including blood collection, while working with patients receiving inpatient behavioral and rehabilitative care. The selected candidate will be expected to follow applicable facility policies, Texas requirements, and laboratory standards while maintaining professionalism and appropriate patient interaction.

- Ability to complete all required facility onboarding and clearance requirements
