Product Manager 1 - Merchandising

Responsibilities Contribute to product roadmaps and support feature prioritization based on feedback, user experience, and business objectives, with guidance from senior team members Support the definition and monitoring of success metrics, including OKRs and KPIs Prioritize the feature backlog and articulate the rationale behind prioritization decisions Execute on tactical plans for delivery of key workstreams Support assessment of feature value and success metrics in partnership with business teams Support requirements definition inclusive of wireframes, process flows, user stories, and other supporting artifacts Contribute to go-to-market activities including UAT, communication planning, change management Support ongoing system health and performance by engaging in incident triage and maintenance initiatives Partner with UX, Research, and Engineering on feature design within the squad Work with engineering during feature development to help ensure feature objectives are maintained Support stakeholder communication by providing updates, gathering feedback, and keeping teams informed. Requirements 1+ years of product management or equivalent experience; technology, retail, or ecommerce experience preferred Foundational ability to define, measure, and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities Basic technical background and understanding of software development principles, including Agile development and testing methodologies Strong attention to detail Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with teams such as Analytics, Engineering, and User Experience Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including presenting to various levels within a matrixed organization Eagerness to learn and grow, with an interest in collaborating across diverse teams and technology partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
