Chief Wealth Management OfficerThe Chief Wealth Management Officer provides strategic and operational leadership for the Wealth Management division, with accountability for client experience, growth, fiduciary excellence, talent development, and financial performance. This role partners with bank leadership to align strategy, deepen relationships, and deliver integrated solutions.This role leads the delivery of trust, fiduciary, investment, advisory, and family office services while maintaining strong compliance, risk discipline, and operational effectiveness. Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and leading profitable growth is strongly preferred. Experience with trusts, estates, agency accounts, fiduciary administration, and applicable banking and fiduciary regulations is required. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
