Office Coordinator – Moving & Storage
Location: Richland, WACompany: Speedy Movers
Compensation: $48,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, office-based About the Role
Speedy Movers is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to help keep our moving jobs, customer communication, and daily schedule running smoothly. This role supports our residential moving, mobile storage, and commercial moving services. You will help answer customer inquiries, schedule estimates, set up jobs in our system, keep details organized, and coordinate communication between sales and operations. You do not need moving industry experience to be considered. The right person is organized, dependable, comfortable with customers, and good at keeping track of details in a busy environment. What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule in-home and virtual moving estimates
- Collect customer, inventory, access, and job details
- Create and maintain accurate job records in our CRM
- Help book jobs into the calendar based on availability and job details
- Keep the schedule organized and up to date
- Help prepare jobs for operations by confirming key details before move day
- Support coordination for residential moves, mobile storage containers, and commercial moving projects
- Track FlexBox mobile storage deliveries, relocations, rentals, and pickups
- Maintain organized digital records, contracts, and job documentation
- Help with general office support for the Movers division
Final crew assignments, dispatch decisions, and route planning are handled by Operations.
- 2+ years of administrative, scheduling, customer service, or coordination experience
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear and professional phone and written communication
- Comfortable using computers, calendars, and CRM or scheduling systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
- Dependable, proactive, and willing to learn
Preferred, But Not Required
- Experience in moving, logistics, construction, home services, or another service-based business
- Experience with scheduling, customer intake, or CRM systems
- Experience supporting field crews, technicians, drivers, or operations teams
What Success Looks Like
- Customers are contacted and scheduled promptly
- Job details are accurate and complete before move day
- The CRM and calendar stay organized
- Sales and operations have the information they need
- FlexBox and moving jobs are tracked clearly
- Problems are flagged early instead of becoming last-minute surprises
