Social Media Strategist

To support OffSec's Global Marketing team, the full-time Social Media & Community Strategist will develop and execute a comprehensive social strategy, manage community engagement, and align strategic campaigns to position OffSec as a leader in cybersecurity training, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the end-to-end social strategy for OffSec, enhancing its authority on platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Lead social workstreams for major campaigns, ensuring synchronization with product marketing and demand generation efforts Manage daily engagement across technical hubs, providing real-time commentary on industry events and trends Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in social media management within a rapid-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences Proven experience managing cross-functional campaigns and stakeholder alignment Technical literacy to understand and translate cybersecurity concepts into business context Proficiency in creating high-quality visual assets for brand continuity
