Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility policies and standards of practice
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient information and care activities using Meditech electronic health records system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Float to other units as needed per facility floating policy
• Adhere to all facility dress code, attendance, and professional conduct policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Experience with Meditech documentation system (required; candidates without this will not be considered)
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Compliance with facility appearance standards including natural nails only, neat hair, covered body art, and no visible piercings beyond ears

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience in a similar acute care setting
