Now Hiring: Manager, Nursing – Labor & Delivery (L&D) | Seattle, WA

Are you an experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse Leader ready to lead a high-performing team and make a lasting impact on maternal and newborn care?

Swedish First Hill is seeking a Manager, Nursing – Labor & Delivery to oversee one of the region's busiest maternity departments and drive excellence in patient care, staff development, and operational leadership.

Location: Seattle, WA
Shift: Day Shift

✅ What We're Looking For

✔ BSN (or ADN with BSN commitment)
✔ Active Washington RN License
✔ BLS Certification (AHA)
✔ 3+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
⭐ Leadership experience and a master's degree are preferred.
