Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Cumberland, RI by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
HMD Trucking invites CDL A OTR Team Dry Van Drivers in Cumberland, RI to haul nationwide freight.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Transport dry van loads across the country
- Maintain safety and inspection standards
- Collaborate with a teammate for optimal performance
What We Provide:
- Competitive 77 CPM split, 5,000 miles/week
- Bonuses for safety, inspections, referrals
- Modern trucks (<3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters, sleepers
- Home time every two weeks, in-house maintenance support

Must hold CDL A and 12+ months OTR experience.
