Social Worker, BSW in Ohio
Position Overview:
- Work as a Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree in the state of Ohio
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide counseling and support to individuals and families
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure clients receive appropriate services
- Advocate for clients' rights and assist them in accessing needed benefits and services
- Document client interactions and progress according to professional standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited program
- Valid Social Worker license in the state of Ohio
- Experience working with diverse populations in a social work setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
