PRESS BRAKE / FABRICATION – 1st SHIFT

Pay: Starting at $22/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity – Full-time conversion available based on performance.  Job Duties

You may assist in different departments, including:

• Fabrication
• Brake operation
• Hardware insertion
• Assembly
• Finishing work

Training and cross-training will be provided. You will work alongside experienced team members.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints/prints
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Good attention to detail
• Pallet jack experience is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge preferred

Physical Requirements

• Stand, bend, squat, push, and pull throughout shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fast-paced shop environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable attendance
• Team-oriented attitude
• Open to training and coaching

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
