You will translate demand into purchase requirements and manage through to invoice. You will communicate issues pertaining to their orders, resolve problems, understand wants vs. needs, and manage and improve customer relationship. Other duties will include: Manage and develops strong relationships with designated Customer Accounts (Joint Ventures & Wholesale Customers) Translate customer demand requirements into purchase requirements Create and process SAP sales order cycle through customer invoice Manage service disruptions, late deliveries, and quality issues with the customer by managing customer expectations and ensuring correct information flow is occurring internally and externally Prioritize customer requirements and review alternative inventory options by working with cross functional teams across Dyno Nobel Manage customer expectations and provide timely updates to customers Maintain open/past due order reporting and ensure teams are managing administrative elements of order Manage SAP sales order cycle (goods issues/receipts specific to each North American site); timely reconciliation of inventory at each site is required following the completion of daily sales activities Work with AP/AR to resolve customer issues with payments acting as signal customer focal Verification of customer pricing prior to creating the invoice for the customer Complete credits, debits, and price variances (following the correct approvals procedures) What We're Looking For: 3+ years customer service experience Experience using an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) business system Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and joint ventures Must be able to pass an ATF Background check Computer literacy in Microsoft products such as; Word, Excel, etc. Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player What We Offer: 3 weeks annual paid vacation + 12 paid holidays + PTO days Full health benefits including employer HSA contributions + dental plan with an orthodontic option, wellness coaching available Matching 401K Generous tuition reimbursement program Generous paid parental leave Friendly and supportive coworkers Zero Harm for Everyone Everywhere Value People - Respect, Recognize & Reward Think Customer.
