Local Pay: $30.26/hour - (W2)

Shift Details:
- 8 hours shift, 40 hours work week
Dental Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures.
- Assist the dentist by sterilizing instruments, suctioning, and passing instruments.
- Prepare and handle dental materials and supplies.
- Perform dental X-rays and assist with study casts.
- Fabricate temporary restorations and clean removable appliances.
- Assist with dental and medical emergencies; maintain CPR and emergency supplies.
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative instructions.
- Document dental care and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Maintain professional knowledge and complete required training.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program or six(6) months of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Minimum of one (1) year of Dental Assisting experience.
- Nitrous oxide certification and Coronal polishing certification.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted MD license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Additional certifications may be required
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
