Senior Graphic Designer As a CBRE Sr. Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing complex graphic design materials to support a high-volume Multifamily and Debt & Structured Finance team. You will work to create pitches and offering materials for Multifamily properties, as well as promotional materials for the team. You will work within established brand guidelines while also having the creative freedom to develop new brand identities for unique properties. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Graphic Designer position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Graphic Designer position is $74,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
