We're Hiring: Couples Therapist (Must be fully licensed– LCSW, LPC)

Now, we’re expanding and we’re looking for  licensed clinicians who are just as passionate as we are about creating space for growth and connection.

What You'll Love About This Role:

• Flexible Hours: 2 to 3 evenings a week, with the freedom to build your ideal caseload.

• Evening & Weekend Clients: Available if you are!

• Warm, Collaborative Team: Supervision, peer consultation, and support from people who  get it.

• Clients Ready to Grow: You’ll support clients navigating everything from anxiety and depression to trauma, parenting, life transitions, and more.

What You Bring:

• Active NJ license (LCSW, LPC)

• Experience and comfort working with a diverse client population

• Strong documentation and clinical judgment

• Availability for 2 to 3 in-office days per week (Hasbrouck Heights, NJ)

• Passion for providing therapy that is inclusive, trauma-informed, and client-centered

• Bilingual   preferred, but not required
