Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy services to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients.

Operate and manage Draeger ventilators and neonatal oscillating and jet vents.

Float between Bridgeport Hospital and Milford Campuses as needed.

Deliver patient care in Level II trauma center utilizing EPIC charting system.

Guide new hires and students in respiratory therapy practices.

Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

2 years of respiratory therapy experience with travel experience required.

Experience in NICU and Level II Trauma environment preferred.

Must have Draeger ventilator experience.

Possess active BLS, CRT or RRT certification, and state license.

Familiarity with EPIC charting system preferred.

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) strongly preferred.
