About the Role

Adecco is partnering with a growing financial services organization to identify a highly motivated Operations Associate. This role plays a key part in supporting a broad range of operational, compliance, and business development functions, helping to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of critical systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administrative Support

• Process and support operational systems including commissions, accounting support, licensing, and data management
• Maintain data entry accuracy and integrity across systems
• Follow up on missing or incomplete information across departments

Cross-Functional Support

• Assist financial professionals and administrative staff with operational inquiries
• Support compensation, licensing, and recruiting-related projects
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives

Compliance & Programs

• Assist with compliance-related administrative tasks
• Support internal systems
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, or related field)
• 0–3+ years of experience in operations, financial services, or administrative support preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Pay Range: $22.00-24.00 hour
