Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (HR field will be an asset) 5+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment Strong federal and state labour law knowledge Strong payroll processing knowledge Hands-on Kronos (UKG) knowledge Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge Demonstrating strong compliance with rules and procedures Working carefully, paying attention to details Role Responsibilities Maintain employee data in the Kronos HRIS for all employees Maintain employee personal files for all employees Payroll processing in Kronos (UKG) Benefits and open enrollment process management Staffing for all hourly positions, including coordinating staffing with temporary staffing agencies Managing internal job postings and external postings systems Supporting HR functions such as employee training and development, performance management Implementing progressive disciplinary processes and terminations; assisting with internal investigations Managing workers’ compensation activities Coaching management on people management subjects from a legal perspective Following health and safety accident reporting, near-miss follow-ups, leading health and safety committee meetings, and reporting Benefits management Employee relations management including investigations #J-18808-Ljbffr Manpower Professional
