You'll support our Omni Family of Services network and have a real, visible impact through collaboration, innovation, and care.

Build positive relationships with employees and provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions
Support the Director of Human Resources with day-to-day HR operations and projects
Serve as the go-to contact for employee questions on benefits, leave, policies, and compliance
Manage HRIS data for new hires and employee changes

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in HR or a related field preferred

• 2+ years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HRIS systems
