Sample Coordinator

responsibilities:

• Perform sample and standard handling tasks including receipt, check-in, login, labeling, inventory, transport, and disposal.
• Communicate sample and standard statuses clearly to laboratory staff.
• Complete investigation and deviation forms, determining appropriate CAPAs when necessary.
• Review laboratory requests to ensure strict compliance with applicable SOPs.
• Respond to environmental unit alarms and participate in on-call responsibilities.

 
qualifications:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) plus at least 2 years of related laboratory support or inventory control experience.
• Basic knowledge of inventory flow, control, and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Ability to write and review SOPs and process improvement outlines.
