Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.

Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends.

Positive, professional, and motivated attitude.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Competitive mindset with a desire to earn a six-figure income.

Self-driven, disciplined, and coachable.

Confidence presenting to homeowners.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Previous in-home sales or impact window and door experience is preferred but not required—we provide training for the right candidate.
