Maintenance Manager

The ideal candidate will have maintenance leadership experience (10 direct reports) and working knowledge of engineering principles including basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Responsibilities Schedule, coordinate and document preventive maintenance activities for all machines Establish and maintain inventory levels for critical wear and spare part Escalate any problems early and schedule repairs in order to minimize loss to busines Conduct regular assessments and trainings to ensure safety of employee Train, mentor, supervise and support the development of hourly maintenance personne Qualifications Associate's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred 3-5 years supervisory experience with heavy machinery, high volume production lines or related fields Strong critical thinking and organizational skills Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
