Marketing Data Scientist

To support a mission-driven healthcare organization, the remote Principal, Marketing Data Scientist will design and develop predictive models and AI-driven systems to enhance marketing data utilization, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while driving strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities Designs, builds, and refines attribution and incrementality models, focusing on hands-on technical work Develops and deploys AI and machine learning systems that continuously learn from marketing data to drive decisions Translates model logic and outputs into executive-level guidance, maintaining performance reporting for stakeholders Required qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in building attribution models or machine learning systems in multi-channel marketing environments Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Proven track record of deploying models into production marketing environments with measurable impact Hands-on fluency in Python or R and SQL, with experience in predictive or causal modeling Experience in regulated industries, such as healthcare, with a focus on data privacy and compliance
