This full-time, on-site role involves serving both preschool and middle school age groups across multiple campuses within the district. You’ll be stepping in for a Leave of Absence, with a start date anticipated around mid-October and flexibility for assignment duration.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license in good standing
• Experience in school-based SLP settings is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptable and able to manage diverse caseloads across different age groups
• Comfortable working onsite with district staff, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for students in both preschool and middle school settings
• Develop and implement IEP goals in accordance with district and state regulations
• Partner with teachers, families, and other service providers to support students’ communication development
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting of services and student progress
• Adapt therapy strategies to support a range of needs and learning profiles
