Maintenance Mechanic

Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is currently looking for hard-working and reliable Maintenance Mechanics for all 3 shifts. 1st Shift Hours: 7am-3:30pm

2nd Shift Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm

3rd Shift Hours: 11:00pm to 7:30am

Pay: Starting at $28.00 per hour, plus a 10%-night shift premium for 2nd shift and a 15%-night shift premium for 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all equipment in the facility.
• Rewires and rebuilds machines as required.
• Repair hydraulic, pneumatics, and electrical as needed.
• Interpret schematics and drawings.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Fabricate items when needed.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years industry experience in a manufacturing environment. A working knowledge of control circuits, process controls, plant electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding and operation of machine tools is a must. Ability to read Schematic drawings and work from verbal direction. Die casting experience is a plus. Working knowledge of PLC's a plus.
