Responsibilities Guiding clients through the title and registration process: Serve as the main point of contact for customers during title and registration transactions, explaining the title transfer and registration renewal processes clearly and confidently. Processing automobile registrations and title transfers: Ensure accuracy of documentation and adherence to legal requirements, working closely with relevant government agencies to keep things moving quickly. Being an expert in the field: Stay current on title and registration laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and share that knowledge with colleagues and clients. Maintaining rigorous standards of excellence: Bring a keen eye for detail, precision, and thoroughness to every task, following established processes to keep quality consistently high. Creating a positive, memorable experience for every customer: Build genuine relationships, meet needs with professionalism and empathy, and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
