Position Overview

We are in pursuit of an empathetic and experienced Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join a dedicated imaging team committed to delivering top-notch care. Summary of Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize the comfort and safety of patients during all procedures, clearly explaining each step
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and referring clinicians to achieve high-quality diagnostic imaging
• Skillfully operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any technical issues
• Thoroughly document examination processes and maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay informed about advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus
