Position Overview

Operate deburring machines to remove sharp edges and burs from machined parts according to specifications - equipment used includes, but is not limited to deburr machine, small shop equipment, hand tools and calipers, including personal protective equipment. Maintain a clean workspace and perform quality checks on finished components to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards. Troubleshoot and help resolve problems. Work safely, using appropriate safety equipment and follow procedures. Complete associated job specific paperwork, logs, time sheets, etc. Additional support responsibilities include driving a company van twice daily to pick up and deliver production parts from the company's three local facilities in Salisbury, Maryland.

Qualifications Summary

US Citizen or permanent resident / Green Card Holder. High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Basic understanding of machining processes and deburring techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay Range: USD 19 - 22 Hourly. This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
