Litigation Attorney Plaintiff Personal Injury

Our client is a growing plaintiff personal injury law firm in Boca Raton, Florida, representing individuals and families in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, automobile negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, and other complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its expanding plaintiff personal injury practice. The position offers opportunities for professional growth, leadership, mentorship, and increased compensation through performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate is a Florida-licensed civil litigator with 5+ years of experience who is comfortable taking depositions, arguing motions, handling hearings and mediations, and preparing complex cases for trial. Plaintiff PI experience is preferred, but strong insurance defense litigators with substantial courtroom experience are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Manage complex personal injury litigation matters from intake through trial Develop and execute case strategy in collaboration with firm partners Take and defend depositions Prepare and argue substantive motions and hearings Handle mediations and settlement negotiations Work closely with expert witnesses and consultants Prepare cases for trial and serve as first or second chair at jury trials Maintain strong client communication throughout the litigation process Mentor junior attorneys and litigation staff Qualifications Active Florida Bar license in good standing 5+ years of civil litigation experience Strong experience with depositions, motion practice, hearings, and courtroom advocacy Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, negotiation, and case-management skills Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage complex matters Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred Trial and jury trial experience highly valued Experience with catastrophic injury, wrongful death, TBI, automobile negligence, premises liability, or medical malpractice is a plus Accomplished insurance defense attorneys interested in transitioning to plaintiff PI are encouraged to apply Former Assistant State Attorneys and Assistant Public Defenders are also encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits $150,000-$200,000 base salary, depending on experience Performance-based bonus tied to settlements Additional incentives for bringing in new cases Opportunity to handle high-value catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters Direct mentorship from experienced trial attorneys Experienced paralegal, legal assistant, investigator, and case-management support Access to leading experts and litigation technology Collaborative, team-oriented environment Opportunities for leadership, advancement, and increased compensation #J-18808-Ljbffr Protouch Staffing
