Your Role

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and create personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional targets.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Employ evidence-based practices to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily functionality.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to facilitate holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques that empower ongoing progress in their home environments.
• Document and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring each patient remains oriented towards their goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications will be encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a prerequisite
