Work Environment This position is located in our well-equipped outpatient office in Red Bank, New Jersey. You will work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, totaling approximately 40 hours per week, providing a structured yet supportive work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians. Create and implement effective rehabilitation strategies that are consistent with your patients' unique needs and goals. Treat a diverse patient base including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine populations, adapting techniques to meet varying needs. Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring patients feel valued and understood. Document patient progress accurately and efficiently, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments. Engage in ongoing training and consultation with fellow clinicians to enhance treatment methodologies and maximize patient outcomes. Provide guidance and education to patients and their caregivers, empowering them with knowledge and practical skills for at-home therapeutic exercises. Meet defined utilization goals and contribute positively to the clinic's operational objectives. Patient Population / Client Focus The patient demographic at Monadnock Care Solution includes a broad range of conditions, from postoperative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program. State licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey. Current CPR certification from an accredited provider. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues. Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and scheduling. Commitment to building positive relationships with patients and colleagues alike, fostering a community-focused environment. Preferred Experience A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred but not required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly within outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation services. Previous experience with evidence-based practice in physical therapy will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
