Rite of Passage Team in Miami, FL is seeking an HR Representative at Miami Youth Academy. The role focuses on overseeing HR functions for the site, reporting to the Program Director and District HR Director, and supporting the youth-focused residential program. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), 1 year HR experience, knowledge of employment law, and ability to pass background checks.
