Business Development Representative
\n \nOur client is the AI Deal Workspace where 50,000+ sales teams run their deals. We give sellers and buyers one shared space — so decisions happen faster, champions can sell internally, and the 95% of buying activity that happens between meetings is no longer a blind spot. Customers like Deel, Salesforce, SimilarWeb, and Cognism use our client to stop losing deals between meetings.
\nCandidates MUST be on CST or EST time zone.
\n \nThe Role
\nAs a BDR with our client, you own the top of funnel. You'll generate pipeline by reaching sales leaders, RevOps teams, and AEs who are tired of email-file-link chaos and deals that go dark between meetings. You'll be the first voice prospects hear — and the one who convinces them there's a better way to run a deal.
\n \nWhat You'll Do
\n• Prospect and qualify outbound leads across mid-market and enterprise accounts via email,
\nLinkedIn, cold calls, and social selling
\n• Run multi-threaded outreach targeting multiple stakeholders in a buying group — we practice
\nwhat we preach
\n• Use our client’s rooms for prospect follow-up and outreach sequences — you'll know the product
\nhands-on from day one
\n• Research accounts to identify pain: stalled deals, single-threaded pipelines, poor buyer
\nvisibility, missed quota
\n• Partner with AEs on territory plans and hand off warm, well-qualified opportunities
\n• Hit and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets
\n• Feed market insights back to Sales and Product to sharpen our messaging and positioning
\n \nWhat We're Looking For
\n• 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience, or strong internship/sales experience with hunger to
\nbreak into SaaS
\n• Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal
\n• Coachable, process-oriented, and genuinely competitive
\n• Curious about why deals stall and how sellers can help buyers decide faster
\n• Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Chili Piper
\n• Bonus: prior experience selling to sales, RevOps, or GTM teams
