Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure and ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and service delivery (preferred)
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong organizational and communication skills to engage with educators, parents, and caregivers

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions in-person and/or via teletherapy as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student progress
• Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations to ensure student success
