Product Director

- Set product vision beyond the roadmap for a business unit or building block

Requirements
- Define where a business unit or building block is going two-plus years out
- Defend product vision with customer insight, business logic, and technical depth
- Grow and coach multiple product teams
- Hire and level up product managers who went on to do the same
- Stay close to data, customers, and the market
- Use AI to change how teams discover, prototype, and ship
- Have a clear, practical view of where AI belongs in the product
- Be hands-on with product and market details at a senior level
- Availability to work onsite two to three days per week
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
