Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently, adhering to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Maintain knowledge of all kitchen station duties, including fries, breading, and food preparation.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary inventory.
- Stay updated with new products and follow Chick-fil-A's policies and dress code.
- Complete all opening or closing tasks and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
- Consistent and reliable with a cheerful and positive attitude.
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Willing to work flexible hours and able to lift and carry up to 20-30 pounds.
- Able to stand for long periods and work well independently or as part of a team.
