Job Summary Hourly rate ranges from $20.50 - $20.75 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits Arizona Paid Sick Time Year End Bonus Tear Down Premium Pay Program Retention Pay Program All Bonus and Pay Programs are subject to qualifications. Responsibilities Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services. Control expenses. Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. Qualifications Minimum age requirement of 21. Flexibility in schedule. Prior retail management experience required. Physical demands: ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift/move up to 50 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spirit Halloween
