Responsibilities

Advise clients on the best coverage options to protect their homes, families, and businesses.

Develop and maintain a local referral network to expand our reach in the Allentown area.

Review existing policies annually to ensure coverage remains appropriate for our clients' evolving lives.

Guide prospective customers through the application process with patience and clarity.

Resolve client inquiries promptly by providing accurate, helpful information.

Collaborate with our underwriting department to secure competitive rates for our policyholders.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.

Strong proficiency with insurance agency management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Deep familiarity with the Allentown, PA, business community.

Experience in life insurance or financial services as a secondary bonus.
