Salesforce Administrator/Developer

To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote Salesforce Administrator/Developer will manage Salesforce administration and development tasks, including user setup, system integrations, and data integrity, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Administer Salesforce orgs, including user setup, roles, profiles, and security controls Design and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and manage integrations with external systems Implement security best practices and support Agile collaboration with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, and APIs Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
