As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tina Biscan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Westmont.
- Our office is open 9 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday (Evenings and Weekend by Appointment only).
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2018.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of Purdue University.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
