ZuZu brings together sophisticated dining, entertainment, and genuine hospitality to create an experience guests remember.We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Fine Dining Server to join our front-of-house team and help deliver that experience.This is an ideal opportunity for a polished hospitality professional looking for part-time evening and weekend work in an upscale, high-energy environment.THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Fine Dining Server at ZuZu, you'll do more than take orders and deliver food. You'll guide guests through their experience — from menu recommendations and beverage pairings to attentive, personalized service throughout the evening.You'll work alongside a talented front-of-house team in an environment that combines elevated dining with the energy of Nashville nightlife.The ideal candidate is confident, knowledgeable, personable, and comfortable delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.WHAT YOU'LL DODeliver attentive, polished, and personalized service throughout the guest experienceGuide guests through ZuZu’s menu, beverage offerings, cocktails, wines, and sakes with confidenceMake knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferencesExecute all aspects of elevated dinner and beverage service while following proper steps of servicDemonstrate strong menu and product knowledge and stay informed on new offeringsAccurately take and enter food and beverage ordersAnticipate guest needs and proactively address requestsMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service station throughout the shiftComplete all assigned side work and pre-/post-shift responsibilitiesWork closely with bartenders, hosts, runners, bussers, culinary staff, and management to ensure seamless serviceVerify identification and follow all applicable alcohol service requirementsHandle guest concerns professionally and work with management to resolve issues when necessaryConsistently uphold ZuZu’s standards for hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detailWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR3+ years of upscale, fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume restaurant serving experience preferredStrong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, spirits, and/or sakeConfident menu presentation and ability to make thoughtful recommendationsStrong understanding of fine dining steps of service and hospitality standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, polished, and guest-focused demeanorAbility to remain composed and attentive during high-volume serviceStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPositive, team-oriented attitudeAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredServSafe Food Handler certification preferredMust meet all applicable requirements for alcohol serviceTHE ZUZU SERVERWe're looking for someone who is:Polished — You understand the standards of elevated hospitality.Knowledgeable — You can confidently speak to food and beverage and guide the guest experience.Personable — You make guests feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of.Composed — You perform with consistency and professionalism during high-volume service.Detail-oriented — You notice the small things that elevate an experience.Driven — You take pride in your work and are motivated to deliver exceptional service.Team-focused — You understand that great service is a team effort.Genuinely hospitable — You want guests to leave already thinking about their next visit.WHY ZUZUAt ZuZu, you won't simply be taking orders and delivering food.
