As the Head of Talent, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce strategy, building scalable talent programs, and ensuring the business has the right people in the right roles at the right time.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership position that partners directly with executive leadership while driving recruiting excellence and workforce planning

What You'll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition Leadership

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for key and strategic hires
• Deliver high-priority positions within established hiring timelines
• Partner with leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles

Build and Scale Talent Systems

• Create and maintain a predictable talent pipeline
• Standardize hiring processes and interview frameworks
• Train hiring managers on effective and unbiased interviewing practices
• Establish and enhance recruiting metrics and reporting

Workforce Planning

• Forecast future hiring needs based on organizational growth plans
• Support leadership with proactive staffing strategies
• Ensure talent readiness for upcoming business initiatives

Employee Success & Retention

• Improve onboarding and first-year employee success
• Analyze hiring outcomes and continuously improve talent quality
• Develop and implement compensation philosophy and people practices

ATS & Process Development

• Build and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) capabilities
• Enhance recruiting workflows and candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Strong background building scalable recruiting processes and systems
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and executive teams

• Passion for developing high-performing teams and talent strategies

Compensation

$110,000 - $200,000+ total compensation potential, including bonus opportunities.
