Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor for our multi-shift operation in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities, manage inventory levels, ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
Full-time | Mondayriday
$75,000 - $80,000 annual salary DOE + 10% discretionary bonus.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and best practices.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Implement and maintain warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize warehouse layouts to ensure efficient space utilization.
- Enforce safety and security protocols within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
