Collins, CO!What You'll DoComplete comprehensive medical assessment for each client upon admissionPerform all nursing shift duties (screening, vitals, scheduling appt.s and labs, updating charts...)Address pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations; dispense meds and maintain med logsCollaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure seamless coordination of careEnsure impeccable medical documentation, chart review, and medication logging for each clientWhat We're Looking ForCompletion of an accredited nursing programCurrent, valid LPN license in ColoradoAt least 1 year of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferredStrong critical thinking, oral and written communication skillsExcellent collaborative, multitasking and time management skillsWhy Join Us?Avenues features a rich, fulfilling workplace culture where each person is valued and greatness is pursued.
