Ulta Beauty seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue and elevate guest experiences in our retail stores. In this Sales & Business Development role, you’ll lead, coach, and motivate a beauty‑focused sales team to meet and exceed sales, loyalty, and service goals. You will analyze sales reports, optimize merchandising and product placement, and support in‑store events and product demos. Partnering closely with Beauty Advisors and salon professionals, you’ll ensure exceptional store appearance, uphold Ulta’s inclusive culture, and champion personal growth, innovation, and community involvement while maintaining operational and service standards.
