Men's Spa Attendant

In this position you will be responsible for laundry, refilling products, light janitorial work, and - above all else - working to maintain a 5‑Star standard in presentation and service for our guests. You must be detail‑oriented with the ability to work as a team in a very fast‑paced environment. This position reports to the Distribution Manager. Responsibilities Perform laundry of spa linens and garments. Refill and restock spa products as needed. Complete light janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness. Maintain a 5‑Star standard in presentation and service for guests. Qualifications Speak with others using clear and professional language; communicate fluently in English. Open shift availability; able to work required shifts Saturday 2:30pm‑10:30pm and Sunday 3:15pm‑10:30pm. Follow all company, safety, and security policies, including reporting maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Support the team to reach common goals. Be focused, energetic, and have strong attention to detail. Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional. Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industries is preferred. Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤25 pounds without assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time; perform other reasonable job duties as requested by managers or supervisors. Shift Schedule Saturday 2:30pm‑10:30pm and Sunday 3:15pm‑10:30pm. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $19 per hour. Medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
