Project ManagerThe Project Manager will support the Contract Sales teams by managing commercial kitchen installations on construction projects. Meet with GCs to ensure project coordination is well-defined, install dates are coordinated, and equipment is brought in on time. Coordinate the change order process as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring that the project is completed as planned and meets or exceeds the customer's expectations.Essential FunctionsFull submittal preparation, review shop drawings, and ensure submittals are approved for useUtilize AutoQuotes (AQ) to prepare submittals, review project, and coordinate changes to the file as neededUnderstand the job site flow, coordinate the construction schedule with GC, and meet deadlinesMake job site visits for coordination of the installation of our equipment with the GCMake job site visits to check MEP rough-ins for our equipmentVerify field dimensions for equipment when neededOversee installation teams to ensure the work is performed correctlyRespond to emails from the GC in a timely mannerDocument site conditions while making site visitsReview of drawings and documents for the projectAssist with the installation if neededAnswer questions pertaining to our equipment for other tradesReview and understand blueprintsThis role requires extensive driving to the different job sitesAble to travel regularly, with overnight stays (multiple nights if needed)Must be certified in OSHA 30 Safety (Singer T&L can provide this course if not certified).Must be able to comply with OSHA 30 guidelines and oversee the staff onsite to ensure they abide by OSHA 30.Must be able to handle the physical requirements if there are change orders (lifting up to 50lbs of equipment, use a pallet jack, climb a ladder per OSHA 30 standards)Minimum QualificationsAble to manage installation crews and SuperintendentsExperience in construction settings and workflow managementMust possess a valid driver's licenseMust be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to craft professional emails for interactions with customers, vendors, and staff on a regular basisHigh School DiplomaCandidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet all listed requirements.
